Chamomile(Chamaemelum Nobile)

Eucalyptus(Eucalyptus Globulus)
Eucalyptus has been used as a medication for respiratory infections. It's now used commonly in medications that are used to treat cough and cold symptoms. Research has shown that eucalyptus has antiseptic properties. Eucalyptus is also known for it's warming effect and soothing comfort.

Hops(Humulus lupulus)

Lemon Balm(Melissa Officinalis)
Lemon Balm has been used to help relax the body and spirit. Lemon Balm has also been used to help reduce fever by stimulating sweat.

Peppermint(Mentha Piperita) The refreshing scent of Peppermint increases concentration, memory and fights fatigue. It has antiseptic properties good for acne and strengthens the skins natural defenses. It is an insect repellant and helps tired, swollen, blemished skin.

Tea Tree(Melaleuca Alternifolia)
Tea tree is active against bacteria, fungi, and viruses and is a powerful immuno- stimulant. Helpful with acne, oily skin, athlete’s foot, blemishes, rashes, warts and wounds.

Valerian Root(Valeriana Officinalis)
Valerian Root is well-known as a sedative. Unlike sleeping pills and tranquilizers, valerian root doesn't cause addiction. In addition to helping one get a good night's sleep, valerian can also help to relieve stress and high blood pressure.
